TSR-602, TSR-610, TSR-685, TSR-604 mostly used in Soldering fluxes, Solder paste. With character outstanding heat resistance, non-crystallized, excellent solderability, very good rheological, excellent wettability. TSR-610 is purposed used in lead solder paste,TSR-685 and TSR-604 is purposed used in lead-free solder paste, better performance of rheological, wettability, support activity during the whole operation, especially used in heavy density lead-free solder paste.
