Water-borne tackifier/Tackifier dispersion
The based resin including rosin ester series, terpene phenolic resin series, polymeric rosin, hydrocarbon resin(C5/C9), used in acrylate emulsion adhesive, VAE latex, water-borne PU, CR latex, Nature rubber latex etc. With great stability, small particle size, excellent anti-oxidant character, to improve initial tack and peel force.
TSR-7050 is close to Eastman TACOLYN 3179 for increasing tacking strength and peeling force. TSR-5903 is close to Arakawa E-102 for increases peel force, can improve 50% peel force. Used in acrylate polymeric PSA, Label. Greatly enhances initial adhesion and peel force between PE and paperboard.

TSR-0902×50, TSR-0064×50 are rosinyl epoxy resin dispersion, with the reactive character of epoxy group, can react to the molecular chain of PU, acrylate and epoxy resin, increase wetting ability to substrate, promote initial tack and peel force. Especially used in film to film laminated and film to plated aluminum film laminated. TSR-0902×50 especially used in high surface energy surface, TSR-0064×50 especially used in the non-polar surface.
